I am using app from 4 years now. Unfortunately, it is very slow and very risky to do transctions. It usually takes lot of time and transaction gets timed out ON HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC. My money got stuck. Very disappointing. To get back money it takes days and lot of communication. I will never use for any transactions. Good to just check balance.

I would like to rate here as a credit card customer and to be honest I have to deal with their scams and hassles. I have been overcharged on my own credit card account and the necessary documents have been sent to get it back and I am having to deal with this. And it didn't stop there, it also blocked my card. I had a very bad experience with them. Definitely I would suggest not to use indusind credit card.

Worst sort of app espicially credit cards. Even after payment of total dues well before due date, they continue to show the amount under current outstanding alongwith unbilled txns even after due date. Highly confusing app. We are made to pay the dues twice and thrice under utter confusion. Want to take up with banking ombudsman about the deviations.
